The construction of our luxury vinyl flooring

Luxury vinyl flooring consists of several layers that together form a whole. When manufacturing our floors, we use a different material for each layer depending on the application. For example, the core of our click floors is made of WPC, SPC or EPC and the material used in the core of all our adhesive floors is the same. All our floors (regardless of dryback, click, WPC, SPC or EPC) feature an wear-resistant protective layer of 0.55mm.

Construction of the dryback version

All Vivafloors floors are available in the dryback variant. The strong middle core ensures that our floors are incredibly stable.

The construction of click SPC

SPC (stone plastic composite) is used in our tile collection and is incredibly strong. The material is stiffer and colder than WPC, something that matches the natural properties of real tiles.

Construction of click EPC

EPC (expanded plastic composite) is used in the 6910 and 6920 click variant. This material combines the best properties of WPC and SPC. You experience the warmth and resilience of WPC with a similar rock-solid core of SPC.
