What types of flooring does Vivafloors offer?

Vivafloors is a wholesaler of luxury vinyl flooring, available through more than 600 authorized dealers across the Netherlands. The collection consists of three material categories: oak, softwood, and stone. Within each category, the floors are organized into fixed collections, each named after a city or region around the world, such as Mayfair (inspired by London), Tuscany, and Bologna.

The oak and softwood collections are divided into three distinct styles:

Premier: Clean, minimalist floors with little to no knots.
Standard: A natural wood look with the perfect balance between subtlety and character.
Rustic: Rich wood textures with visible knots and a more authentic appearance.

In addition to choosing a design, you can select your preferred installation pattern: straight plank, herringbone, whalebone or Chevron. The same floor can create a completely different atmosphere depending on the pattern you choose.

Why does Vivafloors intentionally offer a compact collection?

Vivafloors offers a carefully curated collection of around 60 flooring designs, while some luxury vinyl brands carry 150 to 200 options. This is a deliberate choice. Instead of overwhelming you with endless possibilities, Vivafloors has already selected the designs and colours that best reflect today’s interior trends.

What makes the quality of Vivafloors flooring stand out?

Vivafloors floors are made from virgin PVC, the purest form of PVC available. All floors are phthalate-free and feature a 0.55 mm wear layer, making them highly resistant to daily wear, scratches, and stains.

Are Vivafloors floors suitable for underfloor heating?

Yes. Both the glue-down and click collections from Vivafloors are suitable for use with underfloor heating. The glue-down version is the preferred option because it is only 2.5 mm thick. The thinner the floor, the more efficiently heat is transferred into the room, resulting in better heating performance. The maximum permitted surface temperature is 28°C.

How much does a Vivafloors floor cost?

Vivafloors uses fixed recommended retail prices across its entire collection:

Glue-down flooring: €44.95 per m²
Click flooring: €52.95 per m²
Stair renovation: €132.90 per pack

These recommended prices apply to the entire range. This means that all glue-down floors are priced at €44.95 per m², and all click floors at €52.95 per m², regardless of the design or plank size you choose.

Please note that herringbone, whale herringbone, Hungarian point, and Dinograat are available only as glue-down flooring.

Vivafloors flooring is not sold directly to consumers. Instead, you can purchase it through one of more than 600 authorized dealers across the Netherlands, where you can also request a tailored quotation.

Is a Vivafloors floor sustainable?

Yes. Sustainability is not only about how a floor is manufactured, but also about how long it lasts. That’s why all Vivafloors floors are made from virgin PVC: a high-quality material that is 100% recyclable. In addition, all floors are phthalate-free and manufactured using safe DOTP plasticizers, contributing to a healthier indoor environment.

Thanks to the 0.55 mm wear layer and the high quality of the material, Vivafloors floors have an average lifespan of 25 to 30 years. A longer lifespan means the floor needs to be replaced less often, helping to reduce the use of raw materials.

Vivafloors floors are also certified to internationally recognized standards, including IAC Gold (low emissions and healthy indoor air quality), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and VOC Class A+ (very low emissions of volatile organic compounds).
